The Neighborhood
The South Perry area of Spokane’s South Hill is an established residential neighborhood studded with classic craftsman homes nestled in a towering urban forest with pocket views of downtown Spokane to the north. Abbey residents are within an easy walk of the developing South Perry Neighborhood Center with restaurants, a coffee shop, groceries and various retail shops and services. Seasonal attractions include live music and outdoor movies, the South Perry Summer Fair and the Farmer’s Market. Grant Park completes the urban amenities of this neighborhood center. The Abbey is served by Southeast Blvd to the west and Perry Street to the east – arterial connections (5 minutes from downtown) for autos and bus, a little bit longer by bicycle.
The City
Spokane’s South Hill offers the best of Spokane – gracious residential architecture, plentiful parks, mature urban forest, and excellent District 81 schools. All located minutes from downtown, the heart of Spokane’s commercial and retail activity. Walk, shop, play, grow - all in your own beautiful South Hill neighborhood.
The Homes
Six bright and spacious 2400-2800 sq ft gardenhomes with 1000+ sq ft garage/shops and street front offices, share a beautiful, pine-studded garden lot atop a basalt studded plateau with views over the green space to the city lights beyond. Each home is designed with health, privacy and comfort, durability and energy efficiency in mind. Private garden-patio spaces and windows looking out onto carefully selected views connect inhabitants to the natural beauty of the site while indoor colors and surfaces welcome nature inside with warm, casual materials and a sparkle of luxury in stainless steel and mosaic glass.
The Homeowners Association
The Ivory Abbey Condominium Association provides residents with access to the Common Areas, as well as the private patio areas. Association dues are anticipated to be $150.00 per month.
