Level of Finish

Each of the homes has a base price with a full finish level including the main floor and second floor. Garage spaces are unfinished but can be framed out or customized according to the owner's specifications. Other customizations are possible. Please contact us for additional information.

 

The Homeowners Assoc.

 

The Ivory Abbey Home Owner's Association provides residents with access and maintenance to the common areas, as well as the private patio areas. Association dues are anticipated to be $125.00 per month. Dues cover landscape maintenance, snow removal, sewer, common area irrigation water,  and electricity to the common areas. Homes will be billed individually for electricity, domestic water, and gas.

Pre Sales and Construction Timeline

The Abbey on Ivory is currently open for lot pre sales. Construction of the utilities is complete and Unit C is under construction. Total build out will last approximately 18 months from the start of the first unit (C) to completion of the last unit. Lots will be sold with well appointed plans that can be further upgraded on the interior to suit the specific tastes of the buyer.

About the Developer

Grant Keller was born and raised just a short distance from this property. He takes great pride in the neighborhood. 56 different design concepts were developed before this final design took shape - each design addressing the unique character of the region, the neighborhood and the property.
